Looks great with the JL’s… will test tomorrow as I polyfilled the box and want the adhesive spray to dry inside. Resealed the box after reading some other reviews. Quick fix. Will rate sound quality tomorrow but just about spec for the JL subs. Cant beat the price. Will update review if any con that’s worth it takes place.

Fits both my old type r12s and 4th gen type r 12s, very well made box. Caulking was strong holding up with 2200 watts from two memphis prx 1000.1 amps with ease in 97 Nissan Sentra have maybe 1/2 inch from back seat to trunk. Make sure you measure your car first. Im very satisfied with this product, and quick shipping.

Wasn’t sealed properly and leaked out air in multiple locations but you can easily fix that yourself. The terminals used also leaked out air. Had to seal it better and put better terminals. Made the two front ones ported and left the top ones sealed.

I bought the Rockville K9 D 12s before I bought this box. The box is a nice all around box but I ran into a problem. The Speakers where to big for the boxes width. Meaning that the 2 Rockville K9 12″ fits the top but where to big for the bottom holes so the speakers have a slight tilt. I’d say about an 8th of an inch. The magnets hit the inner walls of the box because of the boxes design.

Got 4 kicker cvr 12s in the trunk of my 05 Taurus and it sounds nice. Was gonna go 2 12s ported but got 4 sealed for better SQ.

I used this speaker box for my 4 12″ Sundown SA 750 watt subwoofers. And I thought that these would blow the back out. Surprisenly well built and durable.

Nice and sealed. Did not have an issue for pre drilling for the subs or tightening the screws. I would recommend this product for a permanent spot. Once you install the subs to the box it is very heavy to move.
