I am very pleased with the 1000 watt 2 channel amp that I purchased. Its feeding power to two 10 inch speakers enclosed in seperate ported factory boxes. Before this I had only one 10 inch speaker that was hooked to a 400 watt amp in bridge mode with 2 fives also on the same amp in the left and right channel soooo you know that is not the way you want your bass speakers to be powered so anyway after getting another10 inch and hooking them up correctly the sound is superb, I am not having any luck with the remote tuner but then again I haven’t even looked at the pamphlet that comes with the amp perhaps it needs to be on a certain level before the remote can work…I will look at that later but as of now I can tell no noticeable difference when turning the remote knob from min to max, only time will tell if this amp will stand up from the constant heat that it will get but I felt it earlier today and the heat was minimum being turned up listening to some nice Magic Mike Drop the Base… so yes I would recommend this amp to others but again if you’re one who puts their amp in the trunk with summertime heat then I can’t tell you if this amp can handle that or not…

I just installed this unit into my car feeding it with 4 gauge cables. At maximum volume running bridged I have to maximize the gain to hear the sub and it doesn’t hit that hard. It does, however, work well with my unamplified head unit and doesn’t overpower my speakers. If you have amplified speakers you’d better look elsewhere for a sub amp.25A fuse x 14 volts = 350W

I got this to power two 4ohm DVC subwoofers. I wired the amp power, ground ,and remote correctly using the metra amp wiring kit. Tried wiring one speaker each channel at 2 ohms, tried it bridged with two subs in series / parallel at 4 ohms. No matter the combination the amp does not amplify sound, just a little bit of sound comes out which I think is unamplified music. I believe this amp to be defective. I will confirm this by replacing it and updating this post if need be. I’m a Master Electrician so I would be shocked if after 4 hours spent diagnosing every possibility including pulling new wires through the factory harnesses it is anything other than the amp being defective.

Nice little amp, but don’t believe the hype regarding the claimed power rating. If you want to add “bottom” and warmth to your music, this amp is more than capable, but don’t expect it to loosen your gold fillings. 1,000 watts? Hardly! Then again, I’m not looking to terrorize my neighborhood with overwhelming bass. If that’s your gig, look elsewhere. That said, I have a single 10 inch sub mated to the amp and with my realistic expectations, I’m very pleased with the combo.

I feel like the sound quality is a little lacking in clarity. It can be a bit distorted at times which I noted at lower volumes. There are several crossover options on it that I didn’t need. I left everything on full, set the gain appropriately and adjust the frequencies from my head unit. For those that can’t I suppose the crossover is helpful. It looks cool, lights up nicely and super easy to install. I will probably buy a second one to run each sub in mono vs 2 channel out of 1 amp. Nice little bang for the buck amp.

Had this amp for awhile an it’s the best amp for the price I have two 1000 watt punch speakers an it pushes them with a 2 ohm load. I love the bass it delivers. 0 gauge wire is great but I started with 4 gauge it hit just as hard an for a 3 hr trip bumping up 95 it did it an did it 3 hrs back.

Very surprised with this inexpensive amp. Has worked inpressively well for the last few months powering my 12″ JBL sub1 YEAR UPDATE- So i had this in my Jeep for over a year. This thing has been covered in dirt, rained on (survived 2 hurricanes) and still works great.

The amp is superb just what I wanted but have one I ordered I didn’t order it to come wrapped or something it came in the original box with the name exposed and the box was pretty much destroyed and I was worried about the ant but the amp turned out great I love it thank you maybe next time I’ll no next time to have it wrapped in a brown wrapper or some sort other than the original box but the product was perfect even though the box of wrecked.

This is a god quality amp for the money. It really sounds great with the 6″ Tube I have, it hits hard and the variable sub level know is great.I would recommend it overall.
