I bought my wife perfume from a well-known, very reputable department store for Christmas. While I was shopping, I bought myself one of those cologne samplers with the 5 ml bottles. Included was a bottle of Bvlgari ‘Man’. My wife and I both loved it so I started shopping for a larger bottle and settled on this one. I was leery because of the much cheaper price; it was less than half what the department store charged and I was afraid of falling victim to the old adage ‘you get what you pay for’. When I first got the bottle, it smelled identical to the smaller bottle and I was elated. Now, a mere 6 months later it’s a different story. I’ve been noticing a difference so today I put some of the department store cologne on one wrist and some of the larger bottle on the other wrist without my wife knowing which was which and asked her to pick an arm. She smelled them both and then picked out the – yes, I’ll call it a ‘knock-off’ – from Amazon and told me it smelled woodsy and reminded her of how a pencil smells when it is sharpened. She said she smells it when I wear it and you can almost smell it getting older with each passing day. I fixed that though, I threw it in the trash. I’ll put it this way, when the cologne is as it should be (the sampler bottle still smells great), ‘Man’ is a fantastic cologne. But this is my first and last time buying cologne through Amazon. I’ve learned my lesson. I seldom write reviews and this is my first bad one but I feel people should be forewarned – don’t waste your money on this product.

They didn’t ship this bottle. It’s not what it looks like in the picture. I smelled side by side with my old one and it smells like alcohol and only slightly similar. Trying to return but no returns either. Stay away!

See for yourself guys. First time buyer of this half priced 3.4FL is Man in Black. It’s MSRP is around $90. here is priced at $40+. I kinda want to just throw it away just because I don’t want it to circulate more to other buyers thinking it’s authentic. It’s SEALED. So I’m not sure how serial numbers are a MISMATCH. This is very disappointing…

Wear and tear on the bottle. It seems as if the bottle was refilled. Fingerprints and some sort of bubbles all over! Please see the pictures.

Just get this perfume 🙂 its impressive and long lasting and has a very mysterious and chill smell with simple but woodlike scent and not a scent that calls attebtion, but more like hey… i am… haha My top 3 ever 🙂 get it!

Smells impressive! It’s great to have a unique scent that isn’t easily identifiable. I don’t understand why people wear a fragrance that is common, then you’re just reminding the person who smells you, of someone else. I like a unique scent, that’s what this is.

I’ve read the reviews on this thing. When I first tried it on, I was instantly reminded of my grandfather’s Polo cologne (the green bottle). After letting it settle, it seemed to grow on me. The scent is unlike anything else, and it does bring attention to the senses. It’s not flashy, just enough to grab attention from someone nearby to say “What is that scent?” It’s very woodsy, with some earthy undertones, as well as some lighter tones to grab your attention… Buy it if you want something that is clean, and finished well… like a nice smooth bourbon…

I suspect this isn’t a true Eau de Parfum (more of a Toilette) because the scent doesn’t last anywhere near 5 hours for me, more like 1 or 2. After reading other reviews, it’s entirely possible I could have received a fake. The spray works—it’s a fine mist for me vs. a less-functional “stream” as others have indicated. How else can I tell? I didn’t save the outer packaging, unfortunately.As for the product I have (real or not), the scent is pretty nice when initially sprayed on, but doesn’t last as long as I’d hoped. If I DO have a counterfeit product, maybe the real thing is better. I may have to make a trip to a department store one day to find out.

Really expensive for what it is. This is the size they hand out in bling bags at fashion shows. That being said, it’s a great fragrance, and they do warn you that the bottle is tiny. Arrived faster than expected and was packaged really well.

This copogne has extremely nice smell, very appropriate for the office environment. It lasts all day too; I only need to spray once, if I spay it twice it’ll be overwhelming. I can still smell it just as fresh in the evening as I do in the morning when I put it on. extremely nice value for the price. (Other reviews that stated that this is a knock off brand that doesn’t last long bothered me when I bought this product, but thankfully I really didn’t find this to be a case)
