It seems to be nice kit for the right price. you get 8 x 3ft sticks, one can glow in the dark, 7 green clear plastic, head that has light, chain and “butterfly” that suppose to pass the cable smoother, in easy to carry bag.I tried to e-mail easy labor to find out how elastic the rods, never got any response.For the $66 I decided to buy and experience the product.The main use it to pass network cables through walls without conduit from the top to a cutout box that sometimes exist, and sometimes has to be cut.The glowing rod is the only one with a hole to pass the cable, and it is a fixed head, no additional heads are provided.It makes it inconvenient, as you have to feed it first (for the glow) and pull the cable, and sometimes in cable work, it will feed in one direction and not the other. needs to be more flexible when pulled out through low cut out jack.The company has a kit of 5 heads that can be screwed to the other bars, at a cost of ~$40 including shipping from 2 vendors (not Amazon). this make the unit cost $104. in general any part that you need in addition is very expensive, and there are not too many sellers. This is my first kit that does not have removable heads to feed the cables.The cons: not elastic enough rods, no cable pulling removable heads (in the kit), one glowing rod, and no customer service.

If you are using similar tools for work on regular basis, this is the one of the Must you have to have…extremely durable (by the time we managed to break one of the sticks, we usually were breaking up whole sets of other manufacturers available in local stores and wholesale suppliers), so compared to money, you’ll spend on similar tools for the certain time interval, this is extremely cheap (compared to its quality)Fluorescent leading piece is pretty valuable “feature” you’ll really enjoy in certain situations.Just a little suggestion on carrying bag – bottom piece is not as durable as set itself, so it got hole and sticks started falling out.Otherwise, based on mentioned extreme durability, it will take pretty long time whilst we’ll need to reorder similar tools, but definitely will reorder this set.

In pulling wire for remodels this Creep-Zit with light was a lifesaver. All I know is, it would have been impossible to drill and then pull picture light wire across serveral rafter full of fiberglass without the rod kit using a magnet and the rod light. This little puppy made this terrible project workable that nothing else could have accomplished without tearing out the ceiling. Love you guys.

What a great product … I am impressed. I am a active DIY’er. I am running electrical wire and computer wires in my two master bedrooms. This plastic cable puller is a great help, it pushed aside the insulation and the light help location the end of the fiberglass rods. Saved me a ton of money because the electrician just made the terminal connections to the outlets and at the junction box in the attic PS .. The kids love playing with the light at night… deeman

LSD makes the best wire running rods available. I’ve been using the 6 foot set for almost 20 years now… I picked this 3 foot set up because they are short enough to toss in the back of my Jeep… great product.
